EnviroCenter is the genesis of a group of green builders and architects who desired green office space for their own companies. However, none was found, and so as the saying goes, “necessity is the mother of all opportunity.” The demand for EnviroCenter leases – even prior to completion – is proof that conscientious businesses are aligning their values with their choice in office space.
