Phase II is the next step in the ENVIRO CENTER expansion and development. Phase II will include:
- Hand-crafted offices
- Integrated passive and active solar features
- Comprehensive rain water harvesting and re-use
- Natural daylighting and ventilation
- On-site vegetable and fruit cultivation
- Shared conference rooms, classrooms, kitchen and lounge facilities
- Electric vehicle recharging stations
- Communal and collaborative spaces
